Nothing we charge depends on an outcome, and we never handle tuition or wages.
How We Set Our Fees
Every case opens with a consultation, so cost follows the route you pick, where you are heading, and how much of the work you want us to carry.
The principles behind that:
Clarity belongs at the start, not the end
A fee pays for work done, never for a promise
Nobody should be left wondering what their money bought
No charge should ever hang on an admission or a job offer
Costs are set out in full once we have spoken, and always ahead of anything being paid.
No Charge for the First Conversation
The Opening Consultation
Before anything is agreed or paid for, we will talk things through with you at no cost, so you can see your options properly.
That conversation covers:
A read on your eligibility, given your background
A look at which study or work routes might suit you
What the timings, the requirements and the paperwork really involve
A straight view on whether pursuing it is worth your while
Nobody is expected to go any further once that conversation ends.
What Study Abroad Support Costs

Fees here move with the destination, the number of applications you file, and how much of the work you would like us to take on.
A study abroad fee usually includes:
Drawing up a shortlist of universities and courses
Putting the application together and filing it
Working through drafts of your statement of purpose
Getting your academic paperwork in order
Chasing admissions and explaining whatever comes back

The final figure is agreed after your consultation, once we know your profile and the route you have chosen.

What Work Abroad Support Costs

These fees apply only once a candidate has qualified and entered the work abroad pipeline.
A work abroad fee usually includes:
Checking your eligibility and matching you to suitable roles
Adding you to the work abroad pipeline
Arranging interviews with the employer involved
Getting you ready for those interviews
Guidance on documents and compliance requirements
Continued help while the hiring runs its course

What this buys: preparation beforehand, coordination with the employer around the interview, and continued guidance while the hiring decision is being made.
Every charge is set out plainly before anyone joins the pipeline.
Worth knowing:
• What you pay covers the support work and nothing else
• No fee depends on a salary figure or on being hired
• Any contract of employment is between you and the employer
• Ivipass never receives wages or commission from employers
Things We Never Charge For
For the avoidance of doubt, none of the following ever carries an Ivipass fee:
Letters of admission
Offers of employment
Scholarships or fee reductions
Visa decisions
Tuition or wages
We charge for the work we actually do, and we tell you plainly what that work is.

What to Expect
Every charge is explained before any money changes hands
Nothing turns up on your bill that was not discussed first
You pay once we have spoken and agreed the scope of work
A receipt and written confirmation follow each payment
How you pay, when it falls due, and whether the amount can be split are all covered during onboarding.
