Employer-Led Routes to Working Overseas

Taking a job in another country is a professional move, not a quick one. It asks for planning, proof that you meet the criteria, and a route into employers who are actually hiring. Ivipass works with candidates who qualify, connecting them to roles overseas through the employer and recruitment partners we deal with, a structured screening stage, and preparation before any interview.

Our approach is built on honesty about what is realistic, thorough preparation, and making sure you know what a stage involves before you commit to it.

Work Abroad

What Moving Abroad for Work Asks of You

Landing a role overseas is rarely about spotting an opening. Employers set their own bar, they expect evidence of experience that clears it, and the recruitment process itself is formal from start to finish.

Most candidates who get there have worked through:

  • Clearing the eligibility and paperwork checks that come first
  • Matching the experience level and criteria a specific role sets
  • Knowing what the contract terms mean and how long each stage takes
  • Getting ready to be interviewed by professionals in your field
  • Being prepared for the move itself and for onboarding once you arrive

Who We Work With

Care and Healthcare Support Staff

People already working in care or healthcare support who want to take that experience overseas

Skilled and Semi-Skilled Workers

Those holding qualifications and hands-on experience in their trade or profession

People Ready to Relocate

Anyone prepared to move abroad and take up employment there

Some applicants will not meet the criteria. We check this at the consultation stage, so that anyone we take forward genuinely matches what employers are asking for.

Where Our Employer Partners Are

Ivipass has working relationships with employers and recruitment partners in several main destinations:

Other markets are covered on a selective basis

How Interview Access Works

These relationships are how we open interview access for candidates who meet the criteria set by a role and by the employer behind it. How much is available at any point comes down to what our partners are recruiting for and whether a candidate is ready to be put forward.

The Process

How the Work Abroad Pipeline Runs

Four stages, from the first eligibility conversation through to an employer decision

01

Eligibility Consultation

Everything starts here, with a conversation about eligibility.

  • We go through what you have done and what you hold
  • We check whether your documents are in order and which roles suit you
  • We set out what employers ask for and how long things take
  • We tell you plainly how likely you are to move forward
02

Placement into the Pipeline

If you qualify, you are:

  • Added to the Ivipass Work Abroad pipeline
  • Lined up against roles that fit your profile
  • Told exactly what happens next and what to expect
03

Interviews Arranged and Prepared For

From that point onward we:

  • Arrange interview slots with the employers we partner with
  • Pass on timings and details as soon as we have them
  • Give you material to work through and guidance on using it
  • Keep working with you until you are ready to be interviewed
04

The Employer Decides

Once the interview is done:

  • The result comes to you from the employer, not from us
  • Any offer of employment is issued by the employer itself
  • Contract, pay and terms are settled between you and them

Being Clear About Payments

Nothing about our charges is hidden

We Do Not Handle Salaries

Ivipass collects no wages and charges you nothing on behalf of an employer

Your Contract Is With the Employer

The employment agreement is signed between you and the company hiring you

What Our Fee Buys

What we charge pays for the support work we do, and nothing else

Where a payment relates to the job itself, it goes to the employer or to the relevant authority, never through us. What Ivipass charges is for professional support work alone.
